Proposal writer

We have bid requests such as RFPS, RFQS, ITBs, etc. The entire RFP document ranges from few pages sometimes up 100 pages. Steps: 1. Read major requirement parts of the RFP such introductory, scope of the terms, questionnaires, format of the proposal, etc. General Terms and conditions should not be read in detail but should skimmed to see what should be included in the proposal. It is good to review them roughly in seeing just main titles of the terms and conditions. 2. Then, respond to their question - writing the proposal. Most of the responses are in our previous proposal that we submitted to the last RFPS but those responses should be copied and pasted and organized in a format of each new proposal. Once you understood the RFP, just copy and paste the responses from the old proposal into a new format which you will create in following the format of the new RFP and correct the language and style so that it will fit the new RFP, RFQ, etc. When you change or edit something, please color it so that I will see what changes you make. Feel free to make changes. The general terms and conditions are just for information. When you read, please color important things that must be completed before the proposal submission, and email me the things I need to do while you are finishing the proposal. For example, one of them may need special evidence such as certificate of good standing, written reference letters from the clients, notary, sample translations to be submitted with the proposal, etc. In that case we have to start those things weeks and many days before in order to include them with the proposal, and you may let me know in advance as soon as you read that the lists of those things and email me. When you also send me the forms to be signed please, fill out all the required forms and color or let me know where I need to sign before sending the proposal to them. The requirements of most of the proposals are the same and once you do 2-3, you will be an expert, and you will do things faster and faster.
