Project includes the professional preparation of two distinct concepts for a proposed 6 storey high end condo (each floor approx. 12,000sf) in the Bahamas with parking at the lower levels. Condo to have a distinct, inspiring design.....roof top to be designed to have amenities like swimming pool and lounge spaces (see attached concept). I want two more concepts to give the client options.. The selected concept package will be used to achieve Town Planning approval for the project. The renders (elevations and one bird's eye plan view with the building positioned on the site) should be photo-realistic and of a superior quality to the attached drawings. Also required as part of the project are conceptual floor plan layouts for each floor (see attached).
