Help rescaling biped character 3dmax

I bought a 3d biped character. It's too big for the scene that I have. When I try to change the height of the character by going to Motion Panel > Structure and change height it scales everything nicely, except the head, eyeballs and hat. I only need help scaling down this character. That's it. Thanks!
