Architect and Interior Designer for a Restaurant-Office Conversion

Looking for an architect and interior designer to lead on an office-restaurant conversion (re-modelling and fit-out) project for an approx. 120-150 sq mts ground floor space to commence ASAP.
The tasks include:
- Prepare a plan based on specifications from the owner, to include the internal layout and external shop front
- Ensure the new space is structurally sound when walls are reconfigured
- Create a stunning and unique design (both internal and shop front) that has a wow factor and yet at the same time practical and affordable
- Obtain all necessary change of use / planning / building regulation / licensing consents
- Work with the construction team to source all necessary materials, sort out access arrangements, waste, etc/
- Oversee the implementation
This is a contract project that starts immediately and needs to be completed by the end of August.
