Play Radio Stream by Timezone / GeoIP / Geographical / GeoLocation

Hi, i need someone who has very good knowledge in online radios setup (Centova Cast / Shoutcast). 1) i need support how to Play Radio Stream by Timezone / GeoIP / Geographical / GeoLocation which means listeners can switch radio stream between Live (default timezone), Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc whatever we setup for. So listeners can listen programs at same time e.g: 8am program can listen everywhere at 8am according to country timezone. 2) I need to know how relay function will works in centova cast (shoutcastV2 and icecast) with mount points. if someone used it let me know too. i will use Centova Cast, if any other option let me know.
