Windows 10 install tensorflow gpu for python

I have fallowed a YouTube tutorial for getting tensor flow gpu installed and running but it didn’t work for me. To put it simple I installed anaconda then created a virtual environment and installed tensorflowgpu and Jupiter notebook. Got everything set up and then tried running a script that was supplied in the YouTube video but it dose not work. The video never set anything up with cuda so I am sure that is the problem but at this point I would rather hire someone with more knowledge then me to get up tensorflow gpu and get it working correctly for me.
