pdf to text > sed to text concatenate in file > import to vtiger database

I receive a PDF fle and from it you have to extract all the information to conatenate it in a file in a line and in a specific order prepare it to be imported by vtiger. Are about 25 fields and the pdf sepeats once with and extension at the end. it would supply three o four files pdf and the arder of the fields to be imported by vtiger.
