Linux only - Prepare a LAMP server and make a test webpage

Use only readily available open source software from standard repositories. In particular Linux Mint 19.3 64bit Cinnamon. The overall plan is shown in a simple diagram attached. Unless there is some major roadblock I plan to use Apache, Postgresql and Python. The parsing program, to be written later, and the serial port monitors will be written in Python. The first task is to make a GUI program that can be run which will check for all the required software. It could be as simple as a terminal window but it needs to be built. This program will check for the RAMDISKs and will create permanent ones if they are not already extant. The program will also check for any other programs / software and the configurations of those programs. This means it will check for Apache and its settings, POSTGRESQL and the correct database. After this is completed, a simple webpage can be built that will allow me to send a bytestream to a RAMDISK and simulate incoming data also. The webpage will be dynamic of course. This project is trying to connect to some external hardware I have built and is a prototype. If you have concerns or suggestions you should discuss these beforehand. If you think the project is too large to be completed without milestones then I would like to hear from you about how to split it into a meaningful set of smaller projects. I would like to have an ongoing relationship with a team if possible. If you are a single expert in only a small part of the overall plan it will not be appropriate for you to bid.
