Please let me know the features you want. Also do you expect to use any database? Or simply the file based one should be enough (save the information inside a configuration file or log files). CLI Apps are very fun and easy to build, I did a version of this as an Web Application with Flask a couple years ago, I'll make sure to use SOLID and keep the code as readable as it can be. I think I'll take only a couple days to build it, but I added 1 more just in case you have some suggestions towards usability.
