Debugging and completing a Python project

Skill requirement: Python Mod description: debugging an existing project, half finished Task description: I have tasked ChatGPT with creating a small program related to gaming in general. It is maybe 25% functional, and I’m giving up on ChatGPT doing this because it is frankly senile and unable to debug its own mistakes (and I know zero coding). I will happily provide the code as it currently stands. It may or may not be useful. Program description: a three part process. Program must collect data while another program is in foreground. 1: build a script that records all inputs from both an analog controller and keyboard. Recording starts when DELETE Key is pressed and stops when DELETE is pressed again. Prompt user for final score. Save file yes/n, if yes, save as JSON. Must be compatible with standard Xbox controller (attempted inputs and pyvjoy libraries, mixed results.) Step2: build a script to load a recording and play it back after DELETE key is pressed. Partially successful, was having some problems with Xbox inputs. Step 3: build a script that batch analyzes the inputs from all JSON files in a folder, and then uses that data to construct an entirely new JSON file that attempts to improve on the best score (in this case, lowest score is best): Unclear if code is functional. Will pay more if a simple GUI is added. Windows 10 system.
