Ok I should be honest.. now I copy your requirements and place a percentage.. • English MUST be your native language --> 70% • Can work on our helpdesk tickets along side of their other day job --> 80% • Expert with Odoo and server side work such as migrations, nginx, ssl, etc.. -->70% • Can develop Odoo modules/upgrade them --> 65% • Available atleast 8 hours a day during normal US business hours --> 65% so my SLA would be : (70+80+70+65+65) /5 = 70
