Hi Folks I am looking to purchase a working php/mysql based property web-site model. If you have a recently completed site that we can look at front-end + CMS, then I would be interested to see and test it and if it does what we need, proceed to request install and purchase via escrow. I am looking for an elegant and professional solution, installed and tested on our server before escrow is released. First, I require a demo to show my client, so I will need /admin username and password to show the demo before we agree and proceed with purchase.
