From the perspective of a future project manager, what do you perceive to be the key personal skills and competencies of a project manager? What might be the key challenges with regards to project management practices and what skills and competencies might you need to effectively manage these? Once you have identified your range of skills and competencies, undertake an objective self-assessment using methods discussed in the module and determine areas for future personal development incorporating these into a personal development plan to be submitted as an appendix to the assignment.
