I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a 2-day workshop on a PPT. The content is to give Sales Managers better coaching skills. I have a basic outline of what I want the workshop to cover. The skills provided are: knowledge about coaching, experience in creating workshops for facilitators. This is the first time I am hiring an outside resource to make a workshop for me, so any tips would help. I have not provided a detailed description and have not uploaded any files.
