Black boxes for vehicles

We need black boxes for vehicles with wireless communications protocols. Include zigbee or other low power communications protocol for expansion to receive data from additional devices. An additional device might be Bluetooth from and to a mobile device for wireless communications if needed. Therefore, the data stored must be able to transmit or communicate the data from the device to other receivers. Additionally, ability to receive commands through a wireless system such as the status of the vehicle, speed, and so on. Prefer something with GPS included but also need a low price point for quantities in excess of 1000 units. Recorded data to include but not be limited to braking, seat belt status, airbags, turn signals etc... Standard for black box systems.
