Wordpress / Woocommerce expert optimizer needed + plugin adjustment

We have 2 websites running woo and all have a lot of plugins. The server runs ngnix and it set up perfectly and extremely fast. The server is not the issue as we have magento sites loading in under 2 seconds. These Woo sites are loading in 7 + seconds. The issue is with 2 custom plugins we have (currency and language. I need them recoding and making much better), + i need full sites optimising inc all plugins, all DBs etc. We also have some other small fixes additions we need doing in wordpress. You must be a wordpress expert who is very good at optimisation and finding the root cause and fixing. I have wordpress developers / server guys. This is purely for some one who is very experienced in optimisation of wordpress and woo. I will need to know exactly what you do, as i need to make the changes in the other same sites we have. We have 2 different sites mentioned above. When you have completed these, they will also need the work you've done copying to 8 other sites i have (they are using the exact same templates / plugins).
