Looking for an honest and reliable WordPress whiz. Preferably someone who takes time to problem solve, if there's something they don't know. My biggest frustration with my current Website manager, is that he rarely goes out of his comfort zone, and is unwilling to learn new things, when he doesn't immediately have a solution. So most importantly, I need someone willing to learn if they don't know how to problem solve.
This person will also need to spend time to learn the current Website and all the plugins which are being used, and help polish it and resolve any plugin conflicts. This person will also need to proactively speak to any authors of plugins to resolve problems, without expecting our involvement.
Ultimately, they must be a problem solver.
