WordPress Script website

I looking for a new website to be build in WordPress. It is for uploading PHP scripts (Text only, no video at this stage) for people to view, download and comment on. I will say to use [login to view URL] as an example of a demo website although it is much much bigger than what is going to be created here, the clean and clear design and simple / easy to read layout is what is needed here. Website Pages main page content Home Page => Shows list of latest uploads Scripts => Search, view, download and comment on scripts Blog => People can sign up and comment / add posts about script problems / ideas etc About us => Page with out the site Contact => Contact page simple. Task => Create a 5 page WordPress website with the pages and functions listed above => Custom responsive design that is clean, modern and with a nice layout.
