Hi Freelancer, Read the info carefully, and please noted that we\'ll only contact those who provide detailed description explaining the ability to fix this issue not a general des. (we want the system/app to get back to normal speed) we have a website (Joomla) that inserts videos (5mg) each to db through api on php, while the users of the mobile app, can stream these videos from the server.
