I think the requirements are very much clear that you want to create a web app with 2 logins atleast.. one is that for the admins, and the other is for users. Users will use a QR scan system to put up their requests and fill in the vehicle information and get a list of zone-based locations to drop their cars. Afterwards employess/admins would clear off the requests when the wash is done, and the user will come and pick his/her car and close the task. It looks to be straight-forward. However, some interface elements (like fields, forms) are to be discussed. I will be happy to work on this job. Tx.
