to be more specific with what I want:

1-"vtiger 7.1.0"->"mail manager" incoming & outgoing should working. (with one working mail account)

2-"vtiger 7.1.0"->"Customer Portal"should working.

3-"vtiger 7.1.0" ->"Lead" section-> upload ".csv" sould work and "Add files" in a lead, post any "Comments", "Add Event" and "Add Task", in the leads should functional....

4-"vtiger 7.1.0"->"Calander" should allow me to "Add Event" and "Add Task".

5-"vtiger 7.1.0"->"Ticket" should allowed me to "Add files" post any "Comments", "Add Event" , "Add Task", and create "new document"...

those are requirements that I am looking for completion of the task.
