We need a freelancer to create the following micro-application. 1. Ability for us to Upload CSV file (file to include phone numbers and first name) 2. Ability to either auto-dial (predictive dialer) the list. When someone answers the call gets pushed to our agent 3. Ability to Bulk SMS With the bulk SMS - we would want to craft a message to the list If anyone replys with STOP - the sytem will recieve it and place that record on a Do Not SMS or Call list Each time the dialer runs it will scrub against the running DNC list.
