Magento Module Continuous Updates and Modifications

We had a module built by a developer on Freelancer that did not complete the project. We would like to retain a freelancer for continuous improvements to our module and support client issues and debug problems. As demand increases we will compensate more. As of right now we just need to continue to enhance the module with better features. We need the module bugs fixed and fine-tuned. Here are the missing components. What the Module Does: 1. The module is built to synchronize to an Apparel Software (ERP) 2. There is an API available and the document will be private messaged to all successful bidders 3. The module does the following - Sync Inventory (Product name, category, size, quantity/stock, images, product details/specs) this has been completed but it does not sync on a time schedule - Sync customer transactions back into ERP software - Sync order processed information back into Magento - Allow users to input their server information into their software server - Allow any developer to quickly install the Module and setup Successful bidder will be given the module and all documentation. We have a wishlist and we can coordinate together and prioritize the bugs and features. Right now the module is created for community. We would like it to work with all the community versions. Also roll out the module for Enterprise.
