Hi there, Looking at the size of your excel sheet and the number of materials in addition to what I think you want to accomplish, you should move away from excel and use an acesss database. I have finished a customer project last year where we established a supply chain database with 300+ suppliers managing 1000+ materials, booking purchase orders, goods receipt & goods issue with one click, increasing the overall stock visibility completely.
