small site admin panel

i already have a site that contain picture and below to any picture theres a name so i need managmant system that i can be upload image and replace the old image also every image linked to other small gallery so i need that the managment system include the option to replace pictures there and rename the name below etc the project as i wrote is very small and already have the basic HTML and design, i need the option to manage this small site
