I want a simple website that is related to videos
1) This site has no categories, all videos are related to the same topic, there should be no categories, or sub categories.
2) The site should allow both direct and youtube uploads.
- When uploading a video a user should be asked for the following info
- title of video
- description
- for youtube videos this is auto filled.
3) Each video posted will appear on the homepage as a thumbnail
a thumbnail has the following info
- title of video
-number of views
-number of comments
- username of the person who posted it
4) When you click on a thumbnail it opens like youtube on a different page and allows you to comment under it.
- you can share the video on facebook and twitter from this page
- comment under it
5) The homepage has a description section at the very top, where i will describe what the site is about, following this is the recent uploads, most viewed, most commented.
6) The navigatin links are Home, Youtube Upload, Direct Upload, All.
- All, displays all videos posted and gives you the ability to search by date .
7) I as the admin should be able to delete users/comments/videos
Users should be able to login and register, i know this is obvious but i have to make it clear.
NOTE
I have awarded this project t two people so far who have been unable to complete it, i will only award it someone who has experience and can show me a working site.
- Once i know you have understand what i want and what you have designed meets my requirements, i will accept your bid and you can deliver it to my domain/server.

I have already done such sort of work. Following were the features which incorporates into the system:
1) Video upload on to the video CMS.
2) Upload the above uploaded video on facebook and youtube using scheduled a tasks.
3) Share video on wordpress and file the video as a video type content on wordpress. This will solve your video portal as well where we can have selected design and default wordpress comment feature.
4) The cms also enables you to create thumbnail from the video at any instance of time.
5) The cms also contains licensed version of JWplayer for both backend and frontend.
6) The system is all up and running for a client which I can schedule the demo to you once you accept my bid request and show interest.
7) The videos uploaded are transcoded (By elastic transcoder) to different bitrates as required and stored on amazonn S3. Will discuss more later.
8) The cms is ready to use Amazon web services.
All the above features are already built and the time which I took is to host on a staging server and show the working demo to you. I am sure you are going to like the solution as its 90% matched your requirement.
