Send SMS reminders for google calendar appointments

We need to do the following: We (as PlexyNot) admin, must be able to open accounts for our companies (our customers) in a webapp. Each of those companies must be able to enter in webapp calendar an appointment. When entering the appointment in Calendar, must be able to put, Customer name, Customer mob. Number, Appointment description, Select an SMS template, select how many sms reminders will send (sms1 and or sms2 and or sms3), email and notes. Then using our sms platform api the system must be able to send automatically the reminder sms (s). In the webapp user must be able to see sms reminders SENT list and SMS reminder scheduled. Must be able to delete sms reminder scheduled (and not yet sent). The calendar in webapp must be simple in use and have different colors for past and future appointments. When company (customer) change an appointment time then the webapp must delete the scheduled sms for that specific appointment and create new (with the new times). When deleting an appointment must delete the scheduled sms. Webapp must have responsive design Will be hosted on our server. We will provide cpanel access. We will provide sms api and support PlexyNOT Admin Panel: 1. Create accounts for customers (companies). (Fields: Company Name, Contact name, Mobile phone No, SMS SSID, SMS API username, SMS API pass, API token, PlexyNOT Platform password), Google credentials (and all,necessary for google api connection) 2. Edit customer (company) 3. Delete Customer (company) 4. Suspend Customer (company) PlexyNot User Panel: 1. Edit profile (SMS SSID, Mobile phone no) 2. Create SMS Templates (sms template must have the options for Unicode and Long SMS, used in sms api. Also the ability to select from the values below). 3. Edit SMS Templates 4. Delete SMS Templates 5. Send sms1 settings, sms2, and sms3. (f.e. sms1#: send reminder x hours before appointment) 6. Must be able to delete scheduled sms (not yet sent) so they will not be sent 7. Must be able to see the sms credit balance of the account (it is supported from sms api). Templates must be in the following format: They will contain text and the following values: “Name” – Appointment Customer Name from Google calendar “Date” – Appointment Date from Google calendar “Time” – Appointment Time from Google Calendar “Work Description” – Appointment Description from Google Calendar Example of use: We (PlexyNot admin) will open for one of our companies (customer) an account using the PlexyNot admin panel. f.e. We are opening an account for a hairdresser. The hairdresser, must be able to put appointments for her customers on the calendar and the webapp will send sms reminders to them (her customers).
