Restrict Product Access on Custom Build PHP Core Website

Currently user can modify URL and access the product even if user didn't purchase it. Need to restrict users to only those products that they have purchased. So even if user copy paste the working URL of any product access the user can't access the product. Also in admin panel need to have a page where I can see User's first name, last name, userid and all IPs that user has logged in from. This should be based on last login user detail first. (there is already admin panel page where I can see who are the Active or Inactive users on website. Admin Panel also keeps user login details in DB. This functionality can be used.) Active users once logged in their details should also be list first. Please provide fixed price quote.
