PHP Web form GUI
I have a php order form I would like to be able to modify periodically by using a GUI. I’m not a programmer so it took me forever to get the simple form working. I don’t want to take the risk of ruining my code each time I make some changes.
Your first instinct might be to suggest I use one of the countless shopping carts out there. The fact is, I’ve found a reason to not want any of the ones I have looked at. So I ended up making my own order form.
I currently have only four products. I would like to be able to modify them and add others using a GUI. I would prefer to have just a one page order form. This is because my credit card processor has some rules regarding the url orders originate. The GUI can be a separate page or more.
In looking at the example I have attached, you may notice that the way I am using a rather primitive way of determining which product has been selected for purchase. If you are familiar with LINKPOINT/FIRST DATA gateway, it may be useful for you to know that I have a pem file that could make ordering easy.
If you intend to make use of the pem file, please say so in your response as I have other information regarding that. I will not include it here so as to not cloud the post.
After making the GUI functional, it would be nice if you could make my form look prettier. If you can not make it prettier, that is ok too. I would rather have a working plain looking form than a pretty one with bugs.
If you have working examples that you would like me to consider, please let me know.
