PHP / Facebook Incentivized Application

Outline: The application is still under development so I cannot reveal much information but look below for what needs to be done as well as the basic requirements to complete this job: Tasks: - I need the coder to ensure against any SQL injection exploits and similar other exploits that can occur - I need the coder to work with the code I currently have but make it more automated, requiring less manual work. (create 100% automated scripts or a manual script requiring entry pages that do the technical work for me -> i.e. when user orders something, I have a script to put the order into the mysql queue table and remove the cost from the users balance and so I need a script to display all the queued items and be able to easily provide them with their "order" via email that they provided when they requested) - I need the coder to fix up the call back pages of SocialMedia and $uperRewards so I can receive credit information and add the users "virtual currency" as well as email me. - On my app, I have a way to add "offers" of my own and so I need the coder to develop a system to recognize the user has completed the "offer" (probably using iframes to see if the user has viewed the page for 30secs, or similar!) - I need the coder to develop a system to only display uncompleted offers and not render offers that they have completed (probably via offer IDs?) - I need the coder to develop the use of iframes to ensure the user stays on the website for 30 secs (for SOME offers only) and then credit his/her balance for the offer amount - I need the coder to maybe fix a few tables that aren't being rendered properly with PHP/HTML/CSS - Other misc. minor work (minor code tinkering) -> I agree these are lengthy tasks but it shouldn't take the average coder more than 10 hours to do all (probably more like 3 hours after they get familiar with it), therefore my $100 maximum. -> Also, I don't require this work completed immediately but within reasonable timing. If things turn into success, I will definitely hire the coder for more work or even just a work-free reward.
