I need a WordPress developer who can write plugins and work with WooCommerce well.

This project is to build a backend portal for a new user type on a WordPress website. The new user will be able to login and see a dashboard of WooCommerce orders for 1-3 products. They will need to be able to see user info, product info, and order info for all orders that are tied to their products. The user will also need to have access to a backend where they can submit 6 different types of forms and then the admin user will need to be able to communicate with the user directly regarding their submissions. The admin user will need to be able to edit those submissions and then have a back and forth communication with the user regarding their submission until it is fully approved.
