Need to create custom php tool for purchase order

I am looking for a skilled PHP developer to create a custom PHP tool for tracking purchase orders. The tool needs to have the following functionality: - The ability to track purchase orders and provide detailed information about each order - The tool should be standalone and not need to integrate with any existing systems - The project needs to be completed within a two weeks # Key Features ### Vendor Information Management - Ability to add, edit, and delete vendors. - Vendor selection facilitated through a dropdown menu. ### Book Order Details - Streamlined book selection through an interactive dropdown list, with filtering functionality based on user input. - 'Add Books' feature enabling the inclusion of book details such as Book Name, ISBN, Size, Paper, PDF, InDesign file, DocX file, Notes and comments etc. Ability to add a simple static field by the user will be appreciated. - Efficient file management facilitated through upload functionalities for Book Files (with folder upload) and Other Related Files (offering both folder and file upload options). - Accessible browsing of books from the 'Dashboard' for enhanced user convenience.
