Menu order form

I created a website for a kosher butcher shop, www.greatneckglatt.com. Each year, they get many orders from families for food for the Rosh Hashana holiday. They want to be able to create a form with all of the foods available, have people go to their website to place orders, have the form add up the order's price and submit the order without paying for it. My client then wants to get an email when the order comes through. They also want to keep a running total of items needed so they can prepare accordinally. For instance if there were 5 orders that needed, cole slaw - one for 10 lbs., 15 lbs., 20 lbs., and 2 for 25 lbs., there should be a way for them to see that they need to order 100lbs. of cole slaw from their distributor. They want to do this for all the items on their menu. In short, I need the following functions: Admin CP: 1. Manage foods 2. Order tracking: the admin should be able to search order, change order status 3. Ordered items report: This report should show the running total of items needed Front-end: 1. View the foods 2. Add foods to shopping cart 3. Checkout At this stage, we do NOT require any payment method. So upon checking out, you just need to save the order to the database and inform the admin. The order form should be 100% template based. The code should be well documented. Thanks for your time and happy bidding.
