Make my web app scalable

I am a consulting partner with AWS and have done sites which run on php and mysql scaling out from 300 users per hour to 30K users per minute. Have done news portals which has over 20K mobile users. For scaling out the infrastructure should support it. Deploying on AWS is the best bet. With resilence, elastic load balancer, cloud front cdn and autoscaling or webaccelerator depending on the application's need for dynamicity. Please consider my bid seriously, since I do have experience in handling Digg Effect also.

I've worked on both Python (Django) and Golang projects that are able to handle large concurrent load. If you have a specific language preference, I'm happy to code it out. I would recommend Golang, because it compiles into a static binary and a single backend has no issues well past the 10k mark.
