Game web application for a cycling competition - 3 days to complete

I need a fantasy game web application for a cycling competition, specifically the Giro de Italia. The user must log in and create a password, that will be his/her unique access to the system. There is an additional requirement for the user to participate, and is to subscribe to a You tube channel. Once registered, he/she should enter 3 favorite riders to win the daily stage in a strict order, before a specific time of the day. Once stage finishes, the results are uploaded in the system and all players are updated with scores: User gets a point for every hit and if user also hits the right place, gets and additional bonus point for every hit. For instance. User choses the following: 1. Rider A 2. Rider B 3. Rider C Results are: 1. Rider C 2. Rider B 3. Rider D User gets 2 points for hitting two riders and one additional point for hitting the right place for Rider B. The system should be able to update players and publish the first 10 places in the web. If programmer has already an application, even if is more complex, we will be willing to review it as long as it can be customized for our requirements. Schedule: Three days to complete (Should have a similar system already developed)
