Hello, I am looking for a FreePBX plugin that will allow me to collect a 1-8 digit number from a user when they call into my company. I need this plugin to search the database to see if it can find the user. If it can then send them to an IVR/Extension/RingGroup after executing a query on the database. If the caller cannot be found after 3 attempts they need to go to a different IVR/Extension/Ring group. Once the caller/agent has hung up another query needs to be executed on the database. If enabled an email needs to be sent to the email address specified. Attached is a flow chart of how this process should work and how I would like the admin menus to be structured.

I have already worked similar projects which was used to tap voice over E1 channel using sanngoma card. It used to detect calling number as well as call number from signalling data and used to record the IVR if it was listed in database. so I can surely do this .
