Equity based startup project

Hello, My name is Giacomo Poppi and I am a student in the UK. I am looking for an expert programmer to join me on a business venture. I have been developing the idea for over 2 months and I already have a working prototype. The idea consists of an automated analytics tool, with a very innovative edge to it. Can't discuss the idea further until you sign a non-disclosure agreement. Having said this, the idea has already won a national competition and I have established contacts in the industry who would be able to secure me funding overnight, together with placing the product across most of the target market in little to no time. This will happen once I achieve a MVP. Furthermore, I am a finalist in a 50,000$ competition which will be held in July with high chances of winning. I have reached a point where my programming skills aren't sufficient to continue the development of the project. Currently I am paying some freelancers 8£/h, but the quality and speed of work is obviously not sufficient. I am looking for a long-term business partner who can help me develop this idea/prototype, into an amazing product. The successful implementation of this project would make millions, and this is an underestimation. My offer: 25% equity to someone who can program the entire system at an enterprise quality. Requirements: Cross-platform web application, mobile applications (iPhone, android and windows 10) and custom firmware for the hardware being created. Bit of background to myself as a business partner (trying to sell myself here, so only relevant skills): Currently studying IT and business management at one of the top universities in the world. Developed over 30 iPhone games between the ages of 13 and 15. Set up 2 successful drop shipping businesses at the age of 16. IQ of 143, incredible problem solver. Highly creative. Highly committed. Hardest worker you will ever meet. Worked at Santander as an intern last year, and will be working for Intel next year. My business value: business management, contacts in the industry, problem solving, huge variety of skills and knowledge.
