Record in macro mode while controlling flash intensity

I need a samsung 7 android phone application that does the following: - starts video recording on rear camera in macro mode ( user adjustable parameters - video type and recording duration 20-120 sec ) - while the video is recording , after a user configurable time delay ( 0-10 sec ) start flash with zero light intensity, and increase the flash intensity over the duration of the recording following a logharitmic function - ending at max flashlight intensity ( configurable in % of actual max possible ) , after which continue recording for a (0-10sec ) configurable amount of time Workflow example: - configure video rec mode and macro mode - configure iniitial time delay ( 10 sec ) - configure total recording duration ( 90 sec ) - configure end time delay ( 10 sec ) - configure max flash intensity in % - start recording with no flash - after 10 sec, turn on flash at min intensity (ideally no flash light at all) , then continue increasing intensity of flash until max flash intensity % , which should be reached after 70 seconds - record for another 10 sec at max flash % intensity - save video recording
