Hola, gusto en saludarle. Puedo ofrecerle la app y una web para poder actualizar la lista de m3u. Con botones personalizados de reproducción si asi lo desea. y si no posee las interfaces se las podria proporcionar. La aplicación la realizaria en ionic con cordova para poder exportarla en ios y en android. Espero por su respuesta un saludo
