Work needed for Magento ver. 1.9.2.4 store. I need the ability to be able to list shipping cost Per product that allows me to define different flat rate shipping costs for each products, based on customer location. Example a customer has 3 products in shopping cart and It would have to show : HTC Phone Flat Rate for Canada is $15 Flat Rate for USA is $20 Flat Rate for International is $30 iPhone 7 Flat Rate for USA $12 Flat Rate for Canada $25 Flat Rate for International $40 Coffee Table Flat Rate for USA $65 Flat Rate for Canada $109 Flat Rate for International $200 Giving me ability to have each product with a different flat rate for USA, Canada, and International. Some of my drop shipping vendors already have flat rates established with fedex and I like to have those listed rather then have fedex plugin give me estimates on weight. This way I can have an accurate price for shipping quoted at checkout for customer to choose. I want to be able to also list for Flat Rate International by sometimes choosing specific country as some products might not be able to ship example to Dubai but can ship to Italy. So customer from Dubai at checkout will get message when stating country that this item does not ship to your country. I look forward to seeing who can offer best rate and best turnaround time completing project.

It could be configurable per each product, or per each supplier which will apply to his products (if you link in magento product to a supplier somehow), or by creating some shipping templates which allows to faster apply shipping method sets for products.
