cake PHP quickee

I need ongoing relationship with cake php developer. First job: Need to produce a very very similar site to the following written with cake. I'd like to re-use the existing code, change the interface. I need a programmer who will be responsible for updates and additions [login to view URL] Pages have editable text, there is a news function There is an events section "whats on" (this is where the most custom-programming took place). The red "e" contains a javascript text rotator of events that are coming up - would like something similar. For the NEW SITE we need every page to be editable, I would like the client to be able to change the pictures as well. Also need PDF upload on the food page. This project my role is to provide the graphics ONLY: I'll either give you the xhtml, or photoshop file, whichever is your preference. I want to be able to send you all the content and for you to build the site. Budget is based on re-using existing code. If this works out I have several cake sites that need managing, plus other work as possibility.
