Build an online song request system

I run a karaoke company and I currently have my own online song request system, that replaces the need to have printed songbooks and paper song slips. Patrons love it, however I had to do it quickly and it is written in JS and runs on a WP site .... Its fine for what it is, however its reached the point where I need something smarter and more customizable, and I simply do not have the time to build it myself. I don't need anything fancy, just clean, fast and simple to start with, and I plan to do this is phases to introduce new features in stages. I also already have purchased domains I want to use for this system. Successful developer will be required to sign NDA prior to discussing any specific project details, and have certified previous work examples to show. I am from Australia, and my first language is English, so its desirable that you have strong English comprehension to avoid any communication issues. It does not have to be your first language, however your English needs to be decent. PROVEN combinations of the following skills: Javascript (jQuery, Angular JS, Vue, React, EmberJS) NodeJS (Express, EmberJS, Meteor) PHP (Laravel, Spark, Drupal, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, WooCommerce, eCommerce) Python (Flask, Django, Sanic, Pylons, Tornado) .NET (MVC4, MCV5, ASP.net) SQL (MySQL, MS SQL) You get the idea.... In a nutshell: 1. Online song request system, that allows patrons to request songs from their smartphones, tablets or desktop. 2. Patrons can login with Facebook and Google and save their favorite songs for quick requesting. 3. Hosts have a separate area to manage their venues and online songbooks I am very big on teamwork, value healthy working relationships, and I support a fair days pay for a fair days work.
