We want you to develop a PBX-APP. We have broken up the development into 3 phases. We have completed 2 of the 3 phases. First phase: app calls GSM phone number and plays a wav file when GSM phone picks up the call. Second phase: app picks up SIP call and retrieves GSM number. Third phase: To be done. To connect SIP incoming call to GSM outgoing call. See attached file for background information and deliverables.
