We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic fresher who is ready to embark upon an exciting journey with our startup. Being a startup, versatility is one of the key traits we are pursuing. Looking for a fresher to join our startup company in India as Software Engineer Trainee. This is a full-time position. Initially there will be a 6 months probation period which will be 100% remote. During Probation period, we provide on the job training for first 3 months on different technologies and based on the performance, projects will be given in the next 3 months of the Probation. No renumeration for the first part of the Probation and minimal stipend will be given for the second part. The incumbent will be responsible for coding, testing, and other software development tasks. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop new software solutions for clients. After completing the Probation period successfully, candidate will be confirmed for a permanent position as Software Engineer. While no specific qualifications are called out, we are definitely interested in individuals with the following ideal skills: Freshers passed out after 2022. No Prior Work Experience. Computer Science and Software Development skills Back-End Web Development skills Must have done projects in programming, especially Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in at least one programming language like Java, Python, or JavaScript Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be a self starter and self learner and must be ready to work in Startup Environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field If you think you fit the bill, we are excited to hear from you!
