Write Simple Google Chrome Extension

Greetings Creators, We need experienced developer to write simple Google Chrome Extension. Here is more details: It will work with mouse function (does an action that can be done with one mouse click). Also it needs to have icon/button in top of explorer (near search bar, where other extensions buttons like adblock and etc.). That button enables/disables action. Also it needs new tab/section in right click settings menu with different parameters. In example High, medium, low. (Near other right click settings menu as Remove from Chrome, Manage Extensions and etc.) That's it! In conclusion it's simple tool that keeps pushed certain key and it can be done within few hours or even minutes.
