Looking for experience PHP freelancer to work on my website

Hi, My name is Rehman and i am looking for an experienced PHP and honest freelancer, who could complete my project within few days. The tasks is very simple, because, i hired someone last year and he is good, but wasted my money time. Once, i totally broken, then he offered me to re-done the work on my new hosting on very low hourly rate and gave me 12 hours of work. I gave him the work and since 10 July 2015, he has not completed my tasks. Then, i have reduced the work twice times and still could not complete the tasks and made me waiting. It is really frustrating to be honest. I posted my project earlier, but lots of freelancer have given 100+ hours of work. Just to make money from me. The tasks were so simple. That showed me the lack of expertise from freelancer. Experienced PHP freelancer does not require that much time, especially, when all the scripts already done and need to add link into main and auto login, adding wording, changing wording etc. I get that there were couple of tasks were need to create within my social networking site modules. That freelancer showed me that how quick to create those tasks within my social networking site modules. I was surprised and stunned. Now he just wasting my time. I am not doubting his ability of work and it is annoying me that he be become very rusty and careless.
