Link Multiple "Collections" on shopify website

On our Shopify website there is a collection side bar and 6 main blocks - refer to photos. Each of the 6 main blocks links to 1 collection..... But, we need each block to link to multiple collections.

Example - "Audio Systems" block is comprised of speakers, amplifiers and phone accessories... Does anyone know how to link all 3 of these collections to this block?

Currently under "link" .. it only lets us select 1 link.
