I understand that from the attached excel workbook you'd like to implement the "CLP Hour Entry" sheet as a start - allowing the user to add items against which time has been "spent" - selecting a location, department, project and task, then entering in the hours correspondingly. I can do the front-end as well as basic back-end development - only basic as I do not see what it would 'tie to'? I can however save the data to a SQL database so you can validate/verify it easily. Hello! The task is very interesting for me and I would be happy to help you with this issue. As far as I understand, you need a web application with the view as in your document. I would suggest to write it using ASP.NET MVC and Razor for front-end part and .Net framework for back-end. If it is needed as a desktop application, I suggest using WPF and MVVM pattern with any design you like. I see lots of screens, so would ask for 30 days to implement and test code.
