Create a Facebook app

As an event organiser I need to create a Facebook app that I could have at the event. I want a landing page where guests would sign into their account and click “yes” that the app could post on their Facebook’s (and would also double as a photo waiver release form) Once they sign into their Facebooks it would reset for the next guest allowing me to collect information about the people who attended the event (if that is possible / legal wise as well) I would want the page to have branding and potentially connect to the company’s existing page Please let me know the cost and the time frame for this I have no budget for this, bid freely But salut me with "Hi Issam" to know you have read the description This project is not guaranteed I might not go for it
