Export products file for several OS E-commerce platforms

We are looking for a freelancer / development company how can help us out developing a plugin for several opensource e-commerce platforms. An example is already build on the Magento platform and now we would like to have this plugin available for multiple platforms like OpenCart, VirtueMart, PrestaShop, osCommerce, Ubercart and X-cart. The plugin needs to support configurable and simple products and should generate a xml file for download over ftp. An example can be provided of the Magento plugin which also can generate an example xml file. Extensions should support attributes for filtering purposes.
